the area's largest and oldest consumer Home Show

The 49th Annual Sioux Empire Home Show is just around the corner. This year's event will take place from February 28 through March 2 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. In addition to over 200 exhibits featuring everything about the home building industry there will also be seminars that will inform you of various topics. This one-stop marketplace will be a true inspiration on the latest ideas and designs when it comes to your home. Along with a wide variety of exhibits being on display, there will also be many experts available to answer any questions you may have. Even though direct sales are not allowed at the show, you can still get a lot of information to take with you.

This year the gold sponsor of the show is South Dakota Housing Development Authority. The silver sponsor is Luxury Bath of Sioux Falls and the seminar sponsor is Xcel Energy. When you attend this year's Home Show you will be impressed at the latest technologies that are available to your home. From theatre systems in your lower level to security systems in your front yard, the options are endless. By visiting with the exhibitors you will gain valuable knowledge about what's best for your needs.

Show Hours

Hours for this year's Home Show are as follows:
  • February 28, 5 p.m. - 9 p.m.
  • February 29, noon - 9 p.m.
  • March 1, noon - 9 p.m
  • March 2, noon - 5 p.m.

Admission

Admission is $6 for adults; $5 for Seniors (FRIDAY ONLY); children 12 and under are free. Advanced tickets can also be purchased at all Lewis Drug locations in Sioux Falls.

  

A daycare sponsored by Holy Cross Lutheran Church Youth Group will be available for a nominal fee. All proceeds will go to the Holy Cross Lutheran Church Youth Group. A coat check will also be available for use, sponsored by Southeast Technical Institute's Architectural/Construction Engineering Technology students.
